Utah CASA Volunteers
Children come into State care not by their own fault but because of the acts and/or negligence of their parents and caregivers. Court Appointed Special Advocates® (CASA) are community volunteers, just like you, who stand up and speak out to help abused and neglected children. Through CASAs, we provide critical advocacy and services to these vulnerable, at-risk children, ensuring that their needs and best interests are addressed. No other agency in Utah provides this unique, critical service.
Last year 817 CASAs in Utah advocated for 1622 children who were involved in child welfare matters. These committed advocates donated 31,825 hours in behalf of Utah's most vulnerable children.
